Built around one idea: fewer steps
Every feature below exists because it removes something the shopper would otherwise have to do, or because it tells you what happened after they did it.
One screen from Buy Now to paid
No cart page, no account wall, no multi-step wizard. The shopper taps Buy Now on your product page and lands on a single screen that asks only for what an order actually needs.
Mobile-first by default
Designed for a phone held in one hand: large targets, a sticky pay bar above the home indicator, and inputs that never trigger the iOS zoom.
No account required
Guest-first. A phone number identifies the shopper; nobody is asked to choose a password to buy a T-shirt.
Returning shoppers recognised
A number seen before brings back the saved address, so a repeat order is a tap and a payment.
Live totals
Shipping, COD fees and discounts are recalculated server-side as the shopper changes things, so the figure on the pay button is always the figure charged.
Verify the number they already use
OTP over the WhatsApp Cloud API rather than an SMS gateway — delivered to the app the shopper already has open, on the number that will receive the delivery call.
Optional, not mandatory
Require verification for every order, only for Cash on Delivery, or never. It is a setting, not an assumption.
Resend and rate limits
A shopper who misses the first code can ask for another; the limits stop the same number being used to burn through your balance.
Falls back cleanly
If the message cannot be delivered, the checkout says so and carries on rather than trapping the shopper on a code that will never arrive.
An address in three words, not nine fields
The PIN code fills in city and state on its own. Autocomplete does the rest: the shopper types a landmark or a street and picks the match.
The key never leaves the server
Autocomplete runs through our own endpoint, so the provider key is not in your page source and the provider never sees the shopper's IP.
PIN-first
City and state resolve from the PIN code before autocomplete is needed at all — often the only lookup an order requires.
Editable, always
Every autofilled field stays editable. A shopper whose address does not match the database is never stuck.
Every method an Indian shopper expects
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU, plus Cash on Delivery with rules you set. The money settles into your own gateway account.
Your gateway credentials
You connect your own account. We are not a payment aggregator and never hold your funds.
COD with guardrails
A flat or percentage fee, a minimum and maximum order value, and an optional OTP before a COD order is accepted.
Reconciled by webhook
If a shopper pays and closes the tab before returning, the gateway's webhook completes the order anyway.
Refunds in one place
Full or partial refunds against the original payment, with the history kept next to the order.
See what did not convert, and why
A checkout that opened and never paid is not a mystery here — you get the phone number, what they were buying, and how far they got.
Abandoned carts with contact details
Each one with a one-tap WhatsApp link, so following up is a message rather than a project.
Pending orders
Payments a sheet opened for and nothing came back from, listed separately so a reconciliation gap is visible instead of silent.
Failure reasons
The gateway's own reason for each declined payment, grouped, so a pattern shows up before it costs you a week.
The numbers, inside Shopify
The admin is embedded in your Shopify dashboard — the same tab, the same login. No second password to remember.
Revenue and conversion
Over time, with the split by payment method and by gateway.
Orders, searchable
Everything filterable, with the full payment timeline against each order.
Settlements and balances
Gateway payouts and UTRs read live, so what reached your bank is checkable from here.
